About Live Launchpad

What is this?

Live Launchpad is an independent spaceflight dashboard built by a space enthusiast. It pulls together the things worth tracking about the modern launch era and presents them without the clutter — mission-control style.

• ▶Launch Schedule — live upcoming launches with countdowns and status, from the Launch Library 2 database.
• ▶News — the latest spaceflight headlines aggregated from across the industry.
• ▶In Development — the rockets and programs being built right now, with their next milestones.
• ▶The Arcade — original rocket-themed mini games. Because why not.

How the content is made

This is a one-person project, and we want to be straight with you about it. The words, course picks, and reliability write-ups here are human-authored and human-curated.

Where AI helps, we keep it honest and on a short leash. It's used as a tool — for layout, code, and for compiling factual descriptions from real, cited sources that a human reviews before anything is published. Any content that's actually AI-generated is clearly labeled (for example, the daily news summary carries a ✦ AI-generated badge), and every claim links back to a real source.

What we never do: invent facts, pass off AI writing as human, or auto-publish anything without either a human checking it or its source links being verified.
